Is anyone else more grossed out that we eat as much artificial sweetener as we do ice-cream.

Yesterday’s intake

Breakfast: chocolate chip protein pancakes

Lunch(I work at sandwich shop): warm sandwich (coconut paleo bread) with 4 oz roast turkey,BBQ sauce, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese). Probably 2 apple’s worth of apple slices, a couple bites of brie.

Dinner: rice with beans. Spinach artichoke dip with lentil chips.

Dessert: M&M snack size mcflurry (i regret nothing)

Kept my snacking at work to a minimum and stuck to mainly apple slices (luckily I don’t like their new mozzarella cause its way too snackable)

Intake

Breakfast: Vegan overnight oats (1/2 cup oats, 1 cup liquid, 3 tbsp flax) with protein powder, apple, and banana

Breakfast #2: Sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes, cucumber, oregano, basil, pepper, and balsamic

Lunch: Lentil chips and spinach artichoke dip

Salad with black beans, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, fried egg, and spinach artichoke dip

Snack: apple

Dinner: Cheeseburger.

Intake (yesterday)

2 slices toast one with cheese and scrambled eggs, the other with 1/4 avocado and tomatoes. Small apple.

Huge thing of menchies (haven’t gotten it in like a year!) With strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and cherries.

Some chopped fruit.

Tomato, cucumber, pepper, chicken, and balsamic salad with ground oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Pb on crispbreads.

Chicken with a cream cheese and jam bagel on the side.

Breakfast: Oats with banana, strawberries, and soy butter

Lunch: roast beef, tomatoes, cheddar, and lettuce with crispbreads. apple.

Lunch2:chocolate hazelnutbutter sandwich

Snack/munchin: tomato cucumber salad with seasoning and balsamic. 3/4 cup rice. 

Dinner: chicken with avocado, lime, and a salad. 

*** first time running since tennis season started! ran for 25 min!

Intake

Smoothie (1 frozen banana, 1 frozen orange, 1/3 cup frozen raspberries, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup rice bran, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt)

Salad with veggies, feta, and avocado. 1/4 cup almonds. 1 slice provolone.

1/2 cup granola.

Pb and nutella sandwich. 1 1/2 cup broccoli. Small apple. Slice guyerre. Couple bites pork chops.
